About Victoria

Victoria Burnes, LMHC

Victoria Burnes is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Marriage and Family Therapy practitioner serving the Orlando community. Born and raised in Belle Isle, Victoria is proud to support individuals and families in the area she calls home.

Victoria earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College and her Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University, where she also minored in Psychology. Her educational background, combined with her clinical experience, allows her to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

She is passionate about working with teens, adolescents, young adults, and parents. Using a family systems approach, Victoria helps clients better understand relational patterns, strengthen communication, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

Victoria works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, grief and loss, behavioral concerns, parenting challenges, self-esteem issues, and family relationship difficulties. Her goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
